Collecting Art – Gallery Guide

Headmaster co-editor Matthew Lawrence is teaching the one-day course Collecting Art: Gallery Guide through the RISD Continuing Education program. This class aims to demystify the process of buying art by introducing different ways of thinking about and looking at art, as well as building confidence and knowledge, within a variety of art viewing contexts. Students will learn how to approach art buying on any budget, and will visit a number of galleries and artist studios on the west side of Providence.
